YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR CUSTOMERS AND CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS

You will be working for LABOR FINDERS on our payroll, but at our customer's premises. It is imperative that you hold in the strictest confidence all trade secrets, confidential knowledge, data, and other proprietary information related to LABOR FINDERS business and the business of our customers. Employees and former employees are prohibited from releasing to any other party any information whatsoever about LABOR FINDERS or its customers that is of a confidential nature or which could be deemed to constitute a "trade secret". Employees or former employees are further prohibited from using in any manner whatsoever other than in the performance of their job duties for LABOR FINDERS information that is confidential, proprietary, or privileged, whether for their personal benefit or gain or for that of any other person or entity. Any information that has not been disclosed publicly in writing should be treated as confidential and proprietary. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, customer lists, financial and marketing data, research and development data, business plans, information relating to vendors, suppliers, distributors, and persons and entities with whom LABOR FINDERS and/or its customers do business, and employee personnel data.
